Terms of use

Last updated: 16 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Peter Connolly (“Festible”, “we”) about your use of the Festible app and website.

A young service. Festible is free and new. Features will change, things will sometimes break, and we may pause or end the service. We will try to give notice before ending it.

Your account. You must be 16 or over. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your account. One account per person.

Your content. Your plans, ratings and other activity stay yours. You let us store and use them to run Festible for you, as described in the privacy policy. Crew you connect with at a festival can see the parts the privacy policy says they can.

Be decent. Do not misuse Festible: no trying to break or overload it, no scraping, no automated sign-ups, no accessing other people’s accounts, and no usernames that impersonate or abuse others. We may suspend accounts that do. To report someone or something, use “Report a problem” in the app’s Settings or email feedback@festible.io.

Festival information. Lineups, stage times and maps come from public sources and can be wrong or change on the day. Always check the festival’s official app or site for times and safety information. Festible is not connected to, or endorsed by, any festival or artist unless we say so.

Recommendations. Suggestions are our best guess at what you might enjoy, nothing more.

Liability. Festible is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for missing a set because of wrong information. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Irish or EU consumer law.

Ending. You can delete your account at any time in the app or by emailing us. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Changes. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you before the change takes effect.

Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
